For assignments that require a technical knowledge that we do not possess, outside authorities are contracted to aid in the screening process. In addition, we perform thorough reference checks (business and personal), confirm dates of employment, verify compensation, and examine transcripts to insure that all candidates that you meet are indeed qualified. We also offer a drug screening service should that be required. This process ensures that the percentage of interviews/hire will be lower than most firms.
